PHRAA is the only National Park Homeowners Residents Association that will not insult the intelligence of our members and all other desperate and long suffering Park Homeowners past, present and future by filling our Newsletters and Website with irresponsible and misleading statements implying that the Governments recent changes to Legislation has afforded Park homeowners much improved legal protection from exploitation at the hands of ruthless and money grabbing UNSCRUPULOUS PARK OWNERS. Reading the glowing statements praising the claimed effectiveness of the new 2004 - 2006 legislation issued by Government Ministers, some Members of Parliament, the park home industry’s two trade organisations, park owner biased publications and certain other National Park Home Residents Associations one could be forgiven for believing that thanks to their hard work and except for some minor fine tuning to current legislation, life for park homeowners is now almost akin to paradise. Also, claiming the days of the UPO’s ruthless dictatorial rule previously imposed with impunity upon his helpless residents have now gone forever. Perhaps those responsible for continually trotting out this totally misleading propaganda obviously designed to influence those innocent and vulnerable members of society approaching retirement age considering downsizing to a Park/Mobile home, would care to tell us which land they live in? CLOUD CUCKOO LAND springs to mind.  It surely beggars belief that out of the 3 existing National Park Home Residents Associations PHRAA appears to be the only one receiving complaints from hundreds of distraught, terrified and traumatised elderly and vulnerable park homeowners nationally relating, very often in tears, horrific accounts of the disgusting treatment being metered out daily against them by their particular UPO who knows he has nothing whatsoever to fear from the law due to the total lack of concern by most of those in authority.
